Very prompt response from Nilesh and Shaun - came within an hour to locate leak in utility room under washing machine. Returned quickly after going to buy replacement hose pipe for washing machine. After testing, then found a crack in the condensate pipe - fixed that too! Cleaned up the dirty wet area, leaving everything dry. Both very polite!
