  Neil fixed several plumbing and boiler issues, and every time, the experience has been excellent. He responds quickly, arrives on time, and always gets straight to the issue. What I really appreciate is how clearly he explains what the problem is and what needs to be done. Every repair has been done efficiently.

  NP Works responded quickly to my initial call. Great effort was put into diagnosising the issue with our kitchen drainage, and costs for labour and parts to repair the problem were clearly stated upfront. All stages of the works were explained and the quality of the work was excellent. I will use NP Works in the future for any plumbing issues.

  I had a great experience today with the plumbers from NP Works. They came to replace two taps (one kitchen and one bathroom) and did a very professional, fast and thorough job. They involved me in all the steps and gave me some tips and tricks to following for the maintenance of my new taps. They also provided a really thorough estimate for some plumbing changes I am considering, and offered me different alternatives and ways of doing the work so that I could make the right choice. I feel empowered and will definitely use them again. Five stars from me!

  Good, reliable and quick plumber

  Really good quick service. Nil explained everything very clearly and fixed a leaky tap no sweat. He’s quoting now for a bigger job. Thoroughly recommend.
