We had an awful experience! He asked us half of the payment in advance, and since for weeks is continually lying to us, that the job will be done, that he is now at the property, that his workers will start tomorrow. He also promised a dozen times he will send pictures of the work done. After a few weeks we went to have a look at the work, but nothing was done. the place was untouched!
