NPP Installations installed our bathroom in 2021. The flooring fitted has cracked and we contacted Neil to request help replacing it as on line it says the flooring fiitted has a warranty. I contacted via Checkatrade and I have a message saying work declined and no more emails can be sent. So if thinking of using this company beware if any components fail after a time as there is no after service offered or even discussed relating to time and cost.

Right from the start Neil was professional, helpful with design advice and provided a clear competitive quote. The work started on the date agreed and finished within the estimated time. Every day Neil turned up on time, worked hard and tidied everything when he left. He was particularly good at resolving the inevitable plumbing challenges that arise when working on an older property. He works to high standards and we are very pleased with our beautiful finished rooms. We would certainly use him again and are very happy to recommend him.
