Nathan reached out quickly after I posted the job on CheckaTrade. Through a short Whatsapp conversation and a couple of photos he identified the issue and was able to give me a quote and a time he was able to do it. He arrived when he said he would and fixed the issue as described. Very clear with me through his communication and very grateful for him for carrying out the work on the morning of Easter Sunday.

NP Locks responded within the hour, came and gave a very reasonable quote which we accepted and completed the job urgently. Very friendly and experienced. Kept mess to a minimum and I would recommend them to everyone.

Nathan came to my house to give me a quote for the job within 1hour of my request. He completed the job within my tight deadline and to a high standard. I will be using again for other jobs in my house as he has a broad skill set. Through the process Nathan was very polite and professional.

Had an appointment booked for them to come and install the lock, but cancelled 20 minutes before they were due to arrive back in January and since then have been trying to reschedule another appointment to fit the lock. There has been very little communication with my messages being ignored and have been unable to rebook. Won’t be going to these again.

They arrived quickly, worked efficiently, and did a fantastic job repairing our glass window. The whole process was fast, professional, and hassle-free. Highly recommend!
