The heater in my office was, to put it mildly, not up to the job. The room was freezing ( and, following a couple of days of snow and below average temperatures, with frozen fingers and an additional electric heater which dried out the air and made me cough incessantly, I asked Noel to replace the heater. I received a quote the next day, which I accepted, and they came and fixed it within a couple of days. The office is now toasty and warm!
