A few weeks ago, we had our drain cleared by NOW. Regrettably part of our kitchen got flooded by foul matter. It has caused us a great deal of distress. Lesson to be learnt is a discussion, before the start of the work, of any possible collateral damage to concentrate the minds and thus hopefully avoiding any unpleasant mishap. Punctual and polite, carried out a CCTV drain survey, and from this, recommended a high pressure clean to remove obstructions which resulted in confirmation that there is no drain damage. Very pleased with the professionalism and honest approach.

Daniel came promptly and sorted the problem efficiently. On inspection with the camera it was found that the drain pipes were cracked and relining was advised He came back on time as promised and worked really hard to obtain the desired result, even returning early on a Sunday morning with a colleague when a small problem occurred. They had all the necessary equipment , were very conscientious and a pleasure to work with. I have no hesitation in recommending this company
