  Rob and his team have been very helpful all the way through our property extension plan. The 3d images were amazing and gave us a clear view of what it would look like. They also provide a building regs plan, which shows the builder everything they need for the job. Rob also helped us to chase up the council for the initial planning permission. Overall very happy and would definitely recommend.

  Design for house conversion and planning permission application

  Having failed a previous planning application for the house conversion project, the offer of a planning guarantee by Rob was very important in reviving the project. The design process went very smoothly with good communication and discussion of options until we arrived at a final design, YouTube visuals were very helpful in visualising the options. Having received planning permission we will brief NOW on the next stage of the project without hesitation.

  Double storey extension and loft conversion on Edwardian building.

  Robert had done the planning design and planning application of a residential project for me. He has beed incredibly professional. His process is very solution oriented. He will be able to give advise on every aspect of the design, this is where his experience shines. Diplomacy is his other strength. He liaised with the council on my behalf and got the desired results. So far, we are in building phase and he is helping with the project management. His experience and communication skills give me the confidence to deal with any hot potato. Highly recommend working with Rob
