We have hired Novus for the following job: Inset balcony conversion with i) wall insulation, ii) ceiling insulation & new lights, iii) floor insulation & new floor install, iv) new electricity lines / sockets, light switch, v) painting, wall panelling, skirting boards. Super happy with the results, on time and to great quality

Mercia was very courteous from the start when I contacted him and helped me to identify what I needed to order. The new fittings arrived on Wednesday afternoon and I contacted him that afternoon to say the equipment had been delivered and he came at 19:00 to do the work. Everything works fine.
