  Moving house soon, we needed our tado° system uninstalled quickly. Nova Gas Services responded immediately and fit us in the next day! Anthony was punctual, professional, and kept us informed throughout. The work was done to a very high standard—clean and efficient. Truly impressed and will definitely use them again for the installation at our new place!

  very quick response to my job, called and asked a few questions to see if he could diagnose the issue and come prepared with the correct parts. fixed the issue with the boiler and talked me through what was wrong and what was needed. very reasonable price and Trevor is a lovely gentleman

  Change of circulation pump on central heating

  Novagas quickly got in touch and talked me through a few checks to diagnose the problem. They came with the correct parts a couple of hours later and completed the repair in good time for me to have the heating back on. Reasonable price for the job.

  Replacement of flu sections and boiler service

  Trevor has worked for us before and is always diligent and fair on pricing. When we had a problem with the flu we naturally called on him again, and he attended exactly when he said he would to diagnose the problem and price for a repair. The boiler service also needed doing and so we booked the jobs to be done together. The jobs were completed on the day arranged and he returned a couple of days later to re- inspect and check that everything was performing as expected. He is our first call for any plumbing issues and service is prompt, professional and fair.
