My boiler wasn't providing heating at all and hot water only sporadically. Saeed fixed it and explained the problem to me. He also made additional suggestions about my water pump. I really appreciate that he took the time to explain his work as well as provide advice on maintaining my system for the long term. It's wonderful that he not only made the urgent repair but also shared his expertise and was sincerely concerned with helping me to take care of my boiler.
