Excellent communication from the first phone call and within a week a new garage door was fitted - very professional company !

The company representative from the garage door company who came to see us was brilliant! The appointment was set for very soon after the initial contact and he was able to give us advice as well as answer all our questions. He explained everything thoroughly and left us with enough information to make the decision to go ahead with the installation. As soon as the product arrived with the company, we had a phone call to arrive fitting. This was set for a few days later. The fitters arrived nice and early on the day, and finished in good time. They were efficient, tidy and did a very good job.

Andy came round after having our garage door cables needing fixing after opening it when we bought the house and it was lop-sided... Andy was super efficient, on time and work was carried out quickly and a reasonable price. Would not hesitate to recommend! Thank you so much!

After a superb installation in March our key fob failed in June - poor and slow response to emails / calls - fitters finally came out on the 19th July took faulty fob, have chased up new fob but still waiting on 30th July - frustrating after great installation that customer service is poor

After being let down by two different tradesmen to fix our garage door, we rang Andy (who in hindsight we should have rang straight from the start!). We rang him Thursday night and he came Friday morning, quickly gave us a quote which we were happy with and he carried out the work. Garage door is fix, we are more than happy with everything Andy did, polite and friendly. Will definitely use again.
