Turned up for the job. Brilliant communication from the receptionist.

i posted the job on here and Steph gave me a call and arranged for Simon to visit on the same day! He then quickly found the issue orded the part and came back as soon as he could to fix the problem!! Really good communication was here when he said he would be and all work carried out to a really high standard. Would definitely recomend. Thank You Simon and Steph

All the work that simon carried out was to a great standard and completed in a few days. Both Simon and Steph were very polite and took the time to explain the timeline of the work undertaken and caring enough to offer heaters while the boiler was being replaced. Simon also explained the operation of the boiler controls and the remote. My Brother and I are very happy with how the job was completed. Many Thanks guys. Hope you enjoy the Chocolates.

After a couple of false starts due to a booking error and a supply problem, a new boiler was fitted in 1 day and seems to work exactly as it should.

I am a landlord and live in another part of the country. I Contacted them in an emergency. They communicated with the tenant and came out the same day. Very reasonably priced compared to others. Explained the issue clearly. I will be happy to use again.
