The work was carried out to a good standard, the gentleman was polite and professional. My only problem was I didn't realise that they only change the locks, not the door handles even if there damaged. When first contacted Mark he was able to provide a detailed quote over the phone and explained the options very clearly. We offer 24hr locksmith services and our locksmiths are trained to the highest level, Marc the owner is the lead locksmith trainer for MPL locksmiths who train thousands of locksmiths each year.
