Electrician contacted tenant as agreed and sorted out a convenient time to call. He attended when he agreed and found their was no fault with plug socket. Very satisfied and have paid.

Everything went smoothly, and Mark worked quickly and competently even amidst the chaos of our new house move. We've already booked follow-on work (which was marked as C3 and clearly communicated as a recommendation not a requirement- there was no pressure to remediate).
