Since the introduction of the new LED streetlights in my road, I've struggled to get to sleep and stay asleep. My existing bedroom blinds let so much light through them. Norwich Sunblinds came to see me and explained that 'Blackout blinds' would be ideal as the material would stop nearly all the light coming in...he explained that a little 'leakage' would occur around the small gap between the blind and window frame, but the difference between the old and new blind is night and day! Very happy and look forward to getting uninterrupted sleep again!

The reception staff very helpful. Salesman appalling, scruffy and incompetent. Incorrect information supplied re spring-cassette; incorrect measurements for roller blind. Telephone call received day before installation to correct false information. I had to chase up invoice receipt following his visit. Would not use the company again following this experience. Installation engineer first class.

Everyone in the office was very helpful, no pressured sales. The blinds were measured and fitted very expertly with no fuss. The fitters were very skilled at their job and left all areas clean and tidy after they fitted the blinds. We have been very pleased with the blinds.

We were introduced to Norwich Sunblinds when we first moved to Norfolk in 2003. hey supplied blinds for our house there and subsequent properties in Cambridge and most recently Hertfordshire. The quality of the blinds is excellent and the prices are competitive. Everyone we have encountered has been helpful and at no time have we felt pressurised to buy. Our most recent purchase has been a pair of motorised gable end blinds which have transformed the room; no longer are we blinded at breakfast on a Summer’s day and they create a cosy ambience in the dark evenings.
