The process of contacting Norton Windows, from initial phone call, to inspection/quotation and then fitting, was made easy by the friendly firm. The replacement patio windows were fitted within 3 weeks of initial contact with them and all the old glass etc. was taken away. The only thing I had to do was put up the curtains. I can recommend them to anyone who is wanting a reliable firm.
