The engineer made initial contact really quickly following my enquiry for help and then kept in regular contact until he arrived. After assessing the issue, he advised on costs and then once I’d accepted set to rectify my DIY misdemeanours 😂 All told, it took about 2 hours, they tidied up and made everything good ( even doing some additional work on top). Great, prompt service and really helped me when it counted

Very happy and pleased with the work done. Had a socket fitted in the kitchen and was given a call straight away with clear communication. Came to install within a few hours. I received a callback shortly after submitting a request on Checkatrade and Rouzbeh came round the same day to quote for the work. He was honest and clear and quoted a fair price for the fitting of a new fusebox, removal of old boxes, a burglar alarm and review of the electrics. He came the next day to do the work which was done to a very high standard. The whole process was done efficiently and with great communication.
