Responds quickly and came out quickly. Price was a little expensive as it was originally quoted for a part change that wasn’t needed

Not sure if the person who contacted me was a scam, they responded quickly but was informed I needed to pay on the phone ahead of booking in, I wasn’t very comfortable so asked to do a bank transfer instead and asked if I would get a contract- but then no one responded. It seemed a bit worrying to hand over payment details to someone on a call, off a WhatsApp without any security someone would actually turn up.

Nice man did a good job

Overall really good service and quick to come out and do the repair. I liked that there is an online platform where you can review your job and check the status of it.

6 weeks for a simple replacement part. 1. Part delayed. 2 Engineer turned up but with no part as he was not told there was a part. 3. After waiting over the 3 hour time slot, contacted NWAS, to be told 2 vans had broken down and they had forgot to tell me engineer would not call. 4 Part arrived damaged. 5 Finally fitted, but took over 2 hours as engineer said wrongly wired
