It was a complete pleasure having Paul of Northwell Security upgrade our system. Arrived on time and just got on with the task in hand. Efficiently completed and then gave us a full briefing as to how it worked. He will be back in 12months for its annual service.

Paul explained the work required with no sales pressure. The existing alarm control box and sounder were replaced and updated to wifi so I can control from my phone. Prompt response, excellent work and all left tidy. Paul explained the new system to me on completion. I would highly recommend.

Paul arrived punctually, was friendly and kept me informed and involved as the installation progressed. Set up the new system and ran through it at the end.

Right from the beginning everything went smoothly.Paul was great he came and looked and submitted the quotation which I accepted.Although I had to change the commencement date it was no trouble he arrived on time on the new start date and installed all the equipment required , he completed the work the same day and explained how to manage the system together with downloading the app etc. I would 100% recommend Paul and his company to anyone contemplating a new security system with the minimum of fuss.

Paul eloquently explained the best, clear cut method of installing the cameras/lights. Arrived as planned. Didn’t cause an intrusion in house and quiet carried out work, whilst allowing me to make certain decisions. Very easy to work with and efficient. Will certainly have him back for future jobs. Highly recommended.
