  corroded stop tap

  Internal stop tap was corroded beyond use. Old house had it's quirks which meant Stephen has to go out multiple times to buy parts to fit. He was brilliant. What we thought was a small job ended up taking a lot of time and he was very patient, professional and the payment was fair considering the scale of the job. Would go with Stephen again.

  2 kitchen taps that needed to have their washers replaced.

  The taps were attended to within quite a short space of time. The plumber explained exactly what the problem had been, which was useful to know and dealt with the job efficiently. I am very pleased with the work.

  Impressive firm

  Stephen from Northway Plumbing Services has just sorted out two problems we had in our toilet/wet room. Cannot speak too highly of his honesty, truthfully told us what the problems were and has done his best to resolve them. He went the extra mile to leave our wet room in a useable state which, with having a disabled husband is so important to us. Would highly recommend him and was impressed with his professionism and caring attitude
