Phil and his colleague came over and took measurements for all the radiators. We got a quote back from them the same evening. It was easy to agree on a date for the installation of the new radiators and Phil made arrangements for the old ones to be disposed of. Both Phil and his colleague were very polite, professional and were punctual for the job. We were happy we the finished work and would call this company again.

Phil contacted me straight away once I had posted the job and arranged to come to my house at 3pm. He arrived promptly, quoted a very reasonable price for the job and completed it there and then. I would give him a 5* rating out of 5 and have no hesitation in recommending Phil to anyone who needs plumbing services.

Phill's profile picture does not do him justice! Lol. Courteous blokes. Forget anyone in Co. Durham who does not issue an invoice or is VAT registered. Unless they have these trading standards of business operation; then from my own bitter experience they will have lower standards of competency & efficiency. There are, there are a lot of Non UK Nationals out there: driving down standards and the happiness of customers. So far, two positive experiences from tradespeople from check a trade. Amongst a ton of tradespeople who will give you a dreadful outcome and unhappiness.

I was contacted promptly by Northumbria Water and Gas and arranged a time to visit my property. The tradesman was on time polite and installed the replacement valve with no mess and in a very quick time. He even informed and described to me what he had done.
