I needed a cat flap installed for a large cat in a small window…Steve went above and beyond for me ….he even found the cat flap for me because I kept choosing the wrong unit!!!!…Steve was polite, reliable, on time and just a very nice man. I’d recommend him 100%….thank you so much Steve

Martin came when agreed, Assessed the job gave me a very competitive price. He ordered the replacement came back 2 days later, when the window arrived, came at arranged time and completed the job. Martin & Phil came on-sight to assess the problem. They told us exactly what the problem was and why it was happening. Door replacements were recommended, they gave us an estimate of the work involved and how long it would take. They were spot-on in both cases. They were on-site when they had promised, the work was completed to a high standard, they made a minimal amount of 'mess', and cleared-up everything when they had finished. We are very pleased indeed with everything that North Surrey Glazing did for us.
