Harry took over a job that another tradesperson had let me down with. It was quite complex because the woodburner was going into a chimney that had been decommissioned and needed rebuilding in parts, and the pipe work through the roof was trickier than anticipated. Harry was prompt and helpful in his communication, and reliable with coming when he said he would (except when one unavoidable family emergency, but then his communication was very clear). The work was carried out to a high standard. He was tidy and cleaned up after. Excellent job, would definitely recommend.

From initial contact for the quote to the final installation, dealing with Harry was all you would want with a tradesman. He was knowledgeable, happy to explain anything, always ready to respond. He is genuinely very likeable and easy going and tackled a job which wasn't that straightforward, providing us with a log burner instead of the very fuel hungry and messy open fire. I would recommend him to everyone

North Stoves, Uckfield, did a wonderful job. Harrison was professional , knowledgeable, polite and friendly. He paid attention to detail and went out of his way to make sure that as centre piece to our big (previously neglected) inglenook fireplace we now have an ascetically pleasing safe and efficient wood burning stove and closure plate installed in a freshly swept (by them) huge chimney, and importantly, registered with Hetas. He also took care to keep clean and tidy and protect our furniture. We highly recommend North Stoves.
