met david and his partner.end of last week.after explaining to me.the problem.and sharing pictures.we agreed on price.came today.did full roof.and cleaned up.after themselves.very pleasant lads 100 percent manners

Just want to thank David and he’s team for helping me with our roof we’ve had problems with the roof for a while with leaks and unfortunately we’ve tried other company’s to fix them but never did but thankfully north star did a fantastic job on doing so we’ve never had any problems since and we really appreciate North Star and really do recommend them to anyone

After an initial good first impression< david failed to return phone calls when promised and the quote, when it eventually came, was in the form of a text message !! Obviously I have not used this company and have employed a professional company.

Arrived as agreed to assess and quote. Once insurance agreed, started the next day to replace roof and make the building watertight again

I had a wobbly chimney pot and at the time the weather wasn’t too good so I was concerned it might even fall, spoke to Dave one evening and he came and sorted it the next morning, fantastic to deal with and a great job done. Can’t fault anything .

Dave and his team replaced the felting on my garage roof which was leaking badly. They arrived promptly and worked through bad weather to complete the task. The job looks very solid and should last for a good few years. Dave was very helpful, obliging and polite.
