  Their communication / timing / service and quality for the fitting work is first class, you couldn't tell they had been in, Would certainly recommend them to anybody , Chris and Shane are superb.

  Door replacement

  Had three doors replaced by North Staffs Windows. A competitive quote and first class communication throughout. Dates for fitting confirmed and work all carried out efficiently, courteously and to a high standard. Fitters were very polite and tidy. Highly recommended

  Replacement of double glazed window in the conservatory.

  Very good and competitive quote within 1 day. Job agreed and fitter arrived within a week to measure up and access work required. Within 2 weeks new window was installed professionally and with care of my property. Fitter was very courteous and skilled. Excellent service.

  UPVC door adjustment

  Had an issue with a UPVC door not locking. Submitted an enquiry to North Staffs Windows and received a call back the same day. An appointment was made for one of their team to come out a few days later and the door was adjusted/realigned as per the arranged appointment. Many thanks for the service provided.

  Resealing 10 double glazed window frames and a patio door.

  I noticed that the sealant bridging the gap between the window frames and the brick has perished. I got a quote from the guys at North Staffs Windows and promptly booked them in. They offered guidance where needed on the best way to tackle the job and kept me in the loop as they found things that needed my input. They left the area tidy when they finished and were extremely polite. I am really pleased with how the windows have been resealed and they look a lot better and more professional. Would definitely get them back in for anything else window / door related in the future.

  Replacement double glazing pane

  Well priced quote. The pane took a couple of weeks to make and then about 30 minutes to fit. Very pleased overall.
