10 I have a flat roof to side of our house needed to be sealed.

The felt over a concrete flat roof had started to crack. Jay and his team resealed the roof so I wouldn't have rain coming through. Jay and his team are excellent, reliable and trustworthy. A gentleman from the window cleaning team walked over the sealant before it was completely dry, he did not say anything to me and I was unaware they were coming to do the windows as they have not been for months. Jay came with a member of his team to fix the roof again, he arrived soon after I contacted him. He is an absolute star. I would highly recommend Jay and his them. Jacob called within 20 minutes of me putting the job on Checkatrade. He came out the next day and quoted a very reasonable price and completed the work within 2 days of me making the enquiry. Job location: WA8Efficient and knowledgeable. Fixed a previous problem with my Guuter and identified another potential problem with the Guttering being to low for the flow of rainwater to the rear of the house. Hopefully, no more issues for the future. Would recommend.
