I have used Northreach Property Services since 2019 to service my boiler and various plumbing jobs, also for family, his work is excellent and very reasonable, very reliable, arrives at the arranged time, and always does an excellent job. Very tidy, and giving an explanation should you require any additional information regarding your job. Would not hesitate to recommend him and his company. First class.

Josh was quick to diagnose the fault with a port valve. The valve was unusual being on a 28mm pipe instead of 22mm. He went through all my options explaining the job. He recommended reducing the pipe from 28mm to 22mm as best option and fit a 22mm port valve. Having agreed the work he did the job right away. I will be using him again for my boiler repairs and servicing.

For the 1st time in many years Josh actually fully serviced the boiler and accessed areas of the boiler that had obviously not been serviced or cleaned adequately by the local bigger named companies for a few years - without a doubt Josh will be the ‘go to ‘ company going forward.
