Very proficient, experienced company with great communication skills and an eye for detail. Took genuine pride in doing the job ‘right’ and made sure the options were fully explained with a cost estimate for each option. For example explained the pros & cons of replacing/repairing my ridge tiles with the dry ridge system. Although the later was a fair bit more expensive, it definitely seemed to offer the better long-term value. So nice to come across a reliable trust-worthy roofing company and would certainly recommend using them.

From initial contact with Sheldon, everything was straightforward. I received a prompt site visit followed by a detailed estimate. On acceptance, an approximate timeline was agreed and Sheldon was in touch again to confirm the exact start/completion date. Communication was excellent at all times. Every aspect of the job was seamless; any snags that were encountered were highlighted as work progressed and dealt with. The standard of workmanship was first class. Really impressed by Sheldon and his team, I had a leaking roof and dormer window that had caused internal damage, I was quoted a fair price for quite extensive works, but they came in under the quoted amount. Polite and friendly bunch, provided photo evidence and guided me through all the repairs required, I knew what was going on all the way through the work. The completed work is tidy and noticeably an improvement, my property was left tidy throughout, and there was minimal impact on the rest of house and garden. I will definitely use Northpoint again, and I can't recommend them enough.
