Avoid. I paid £588 for North Plumbing to fix a leaking cylinder. The leak wasn’t fixed, the old part was left on my doorstep, and I was then told I needed a full boiler and cylinder replacement. A second contractor found the original faulty valve hadn’t even been replaced and fixed everything in under an hour. I was left without hot water before Christmas and promised a refund that never came. Extremely disappointing experience

Oliver and his apprentice were amazing, I called the day before Christmas eve as our boiler had stopped working and we have a baby and toddler in the house. They came to repair the boiler but found that it had split and was full of moisture inside and actually found us and installed a new boiler for us so we wouldn't be in the cold over Christmas. Great guys, know what they are doing and very friendly. Would definitely recommend
