Boiler stopped working, after a few looks North claimed the whole installation unsafe (my regular plumber, now unavailable, worked on it 3 months ago and it was ok, wanted to replace the boiler in the summer). North gave me a quote for replacement and then bombarded me with texts and phone calls about when he should start. Different plumber came and restarted the boiler in 10 minutes. Laughed when told of apocalypse warning. Quote for replacement was lower. When I told North I am not using him, he said he can lower his quote. Means it was padded to start with. Charged £80!

Can't fault Oliver and his colleagues for fast, efficient, trustworthy and safe installation. We would not hesitate to recommend him.

Oliver and his apprentice were amazing, I called the day before Christmas eve as our boiler had stopped working and we have a baby and toddler in the house. They came to repair the boiler but found that it had split and was full of moisture inside and actually found us and installed a new boiler for us so we wouldn't be in the cold over Christmas. Great guys, know what they are doing and very friendly. Would definitely recommend

Smelt gas, called North Plumbing who came quickly to find what was a potentially dangerous boiler. Obtained part and fixed same day. Brilliant service, good prices and a nice guy! Highly recommended and won't use anybody else from now.

Contacted regarding service of our boiler, was Contacted quickly and came and did the job the next day! Very happy and will definitely use Oliver again.
