  Leaking pipe

  We had a leaking old pipe and contacted North London Heating and Plumbing. Straight away they booked a visit in. Graham and Ross arrived promptly and assessed the situation. They clearly explained what needed to be done. Although they had a busy schedule, Ross made time to complete the work. Whilst doing the work, they kept us informed of progress. Graham and Ross were very professional and were always very willing to answer any questions we had. We would strongly recommend this company.

  Small leak in previously installed lavatory

  We asked Graham and Ross to check the leak which they located instantly and corrected and went on to check some rust on the bathroom tiles. This was really a follow up to work done two years ago when they installed our walk in shower (with which we are totally delighted). Graham and Ross are so reliable and I would turn to them before anyone else. They have never let us down, being the most efficient and pleasant people I have ever met. They work so hard and long and clear up so carefully. And they don't play music while they work! It must be clear that I think they are the very best!

  No work was undertaken , Because they could not fix the issue

  No work was done because after 5 minutes he said he could not fix it! Yet I did tell them the issue when I booked them. There was proof as their calls are recorded Don’t use, they are very unprofessional , I have stopped calling as they ignore my calls now. Dont use

  Replacement of boiler and hot water cylinder.

  We asked North London Heating and Plumbing for an estimate to replace our 15 year old boiler. Nic (their lead engineer) came to the house quickly and we had a comprehensive written estimate within a few hours of his visit. He is obviously very experienced in installing boilers and made sensible recommendations about where to place the unit, the flue, etc. We accepted the estimate and the whole job was completed a few days later. Nic and his assistant were a pleasure to work with. They left the house clean and tidy and came back twice to check that everything was working well.
