Paul had previously fitted a multifuel stove in my house in Manchester and he did a fantastic job. I was so impressed that when I moved to my forever home I asked him to fit two stoves. As always he was very professional and started on time completed the job within the timeframe. They worked very efficiently and in a tidy manner. They look absolutely amazing and I could not be more pleased. If you want a professional job then I could not recommend anyone better than Paul and Northern Stoves.

Paul and Adam recently fitted a wood burner for us. We’re really happy with the finished fire and it’s exactly what we wanted. Paul was very helpful when he came round to quote - he understood what I wanted, was able to recommend a suitable stove and stone for the hearth and sent his quote promptly. Paul kept me informed about when he would be able to complete the work and made sure he and Adam got the job completed within the time estimated. The work was quite dusty but Adam and Paul left the room very clean and tidy after they were finished.

I paid for an electric fire on 22nd May 2024 to secure the price. Northern Stoves was to store the fire until we were ready for delivery. In September, when ready, we was informed that there was a slight issue with the delivery of the fire. This was a surprise as Northern Stoves should have bought and received the fire months earlier. I have recently bought and taken delivery of the same fire without any issues. Despite a refund of £3431 being agreed we still await our money without any indication of the timescales of when this will be paid. Be careful when dealing with this business.
