AVOID! I wouldn’t recommend this company. We had our cavity walls filled beginning of April. Bad service, several accidents (white balls all over the street, my garden and complaints from neighbours). The team returned weeks later apparently they hadn’t completed the job. Drilled more holes some into my loft (more white balls to clean up!) again mess all over the garden and street! Each visit I was told the drill holes on the front of my home would be painted. I keep chasing this company with phone calls and emails. They never get back in touch with you to sort out completing the job. Terrible

Great people to work with and very polite and respectful

I first contacted Northern Retrofit on 26th September 2023. After answering a few of their questions I was told they would contact me when an assessor was in my area. I waited for three weeks and heard nothing. I finally contacted them on 18th October for an update and was told that all their teams were tied up "down south" and I should look for another supplier. NOT IMPRESSED! I am now back at square one and right at the back of the queue again. It is very unlikely that I will get this work done this winter. These cherry-picking time wasters should be avoided!

Excellent pair of lads arrived early and got on with job, cleaned up after themselves will use again if required for other insulation jobs. No problems , explained what was required. Also excellent value for money.
