Very professional and friendly service highly recommend

I'd rang to enquire about getting someone to look at window lock which was no longer working at about 10am, recieved really quick service they arrived around 11ish and job was completed quickly. Really polite and friendly and explained potential problems and options. Really happy with service. Didnt expect to get the job looked at so quickly let alone fixed and resolved. Would definetely use again and will recommend to friends and family.

I live is South Shields, they got to me in about 20 mins, explained everything they were doing as they went along and resolved the problem as well as ensuring it wouldn't happen again. All for a price cheaper than I was expecting.

Dan and his apprentice turned up on time . I also got an early date from when I first contacted re the lock where the keys were bending . They did an excellent job , explaining everything too and as well as changing the lock they cleaned my door handle so it looks new . They also oiled all the mechanisms . Also checked a window I had concerns about re draughts I have used this company 3 times now and wouldn't use anyone else and would recommend to others

Highly recommended locksmith! I was locked out today after my front door lock broke, without any other access to my home. I phoned this company who came straight away and repaired the lock so no need to replace everyone’s keys which was great! The man who came was very polite and helpful and it cost a fraction of what I expected. Thank you!
