Called then at 14:18 and they arrived before 17:00. Diagnosed the fault quickly, gave me an acceptable quote and carried out the work immediately. He then went on to fix a second door for me without extra cost. Excellent, polite, and friendly service, I couldn't be happier with this company,

I could not lock or unlock my door. They attended within 20 mins. Replaced the lock serviced the UPVC door and re positioned the keeps. Lovely polite a tidy workmen would highly recommend.

The person who attended was friendly. Without asking he removed his shoes. He worked on both the front and back door locks and hinges, explaining what he was doing. The end result was that they operated as new. I was very impressed with his professionalism and standard of work.
