Just had Dan around for an urgent locksmith concern who if it wasn't for the Tyne bridge would have been here within around 30 mins. He clearly has a lot of experience with how he was explaining everything he was doing and worked his way up from basic techniques to more advanced to ensure there was as little forcing of entry and damage to my door as possible. Just to be clear though, he managed to sort the problem without causing any damage to the door or the frame. Clearly wasn't an easy fix with how many different things he needed to try.

Lads turned up on time and did an excellent job at a great price. My conservatory doors were a nightmare to open, close and lock. Now they are perfect and smooth as silk.

Locked out of property after snapping key in the lock, Gave Dan a ring and within 2 hours he was at the property to replace the lock with new keys. Great service and will use again in the future!
