  uPVC door hinge fix

  Kevin was a great help, one of our external door hinges had broken which meant that locking it was troublesome at best. Our local supplier sucked air over his teeth & told us that he'd need to quote us for a new door, whereas Kevin got in touch on the back of our Checkatrade request & came along & fixed our issue in a couple of days. I found him to be very straightforward & he charged an honest price. When we need to replace anything in future I'm sure that Northern Direct will be my first place to call.

  Replacement windows installation

  I very rarely give a 5 star rating for work done but the work that Kevin did for us was incredible - first class in all aspects: Planning and Preparation Design Installation Cleanliness Keeping us informed He was a pleasure to deal with. Everything he promised to do he did. His thoroughness and attention to detail were exemplary. I have no hesitation in highly recommending Kevin and Northern Direct Windows - superb job all round!

  Install uPVC windows and doors

  There are decent set of people and know how to install windows and the work is clean and tidy. Unfortunately they let themselves down by not surveying for lintels which was raised by the auditors/FENSA. And then tried to convince me there wasn't a problem. Took maybe a year for them to fit the lintels with lot of chasing up in between.

  New Conservatory Doors

  Kevin is very precise, helpful, informative. He came to give a quote and treated you as a normal person and not like an idiot like some trades do. He came back with a competitive quote and when we said he could do the job he kept us informed and double checked on different things. The job was completed to a very high standard and looks great. I will defiantly have him back when I do my windows.
