I used company based on their 10/10 reviews on Checkatrade - to replace my gutters, fascias, soffits and a few small repairs on the roof channels. Initially happy with their work, although they were untidy, left a lot of mess for me to clear up. On closer inspection, a number of areas were badly done and the mess they left caused a blocked drain, resulting in my garage being flooded by the washing machine. Contacted them to come and fix, organised day but they did not show up. Basically they are now ignoring my messages and calls. I have put in an official complaint.

Mid storm we heard ridge tiles being dislodged and headed to Check-a-trade. I sent out the request and instantly had a call from Leon (and I mean instantly!) He was super friendly and offered to come out the following morning to take a look. He arrived spot on time and confirmed the damage, taking videos and pictures while he was up there to show us. He was so honest and talked us through everything. He headed straight back up to carry out the work. They left, and apart from a sturdy (and now complete) row of ridge tiles, you would never have known they’d been. Happy to highly recommend!
