In 2024, I had a new boiler installed by NE Insulation Services along with the renewal of the loft insulation. The engineers who attended were always polite, considerate and fairly tidy and the work began promptly. However, the job took several months to complete and once it was signed off, it was impossible to have problems rectified. Due to these problems, the Gas Safe Inspector attended. He agreed that remedial action was needed and found other issues to be rectified as they weren't to current standards.

Richard and Cameron provided an excellent service removing my old back boiler and installing a new gas boiler. They were hard working and conscientious, always on time and very pleasant to deal with. They kept on with the job until it was finished and took no breaks. They left my house tidy and explained how everything worked. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to have this type of work carried out.
