Brilliant service all the way through. He showed me pictures of the same flooring he had recently installed and gave advice on the best underlay and edging to get. Completely cleared and cleaned up when the job was finished. Delighted with the result.

We are so pleased with the quality of the workmanship. The team were punctual, hardworking and really tidy. It has totally transformed our space making it so much more useable. The attention to detail and methodical nature of the work meant the team were able to find practical solutions which prevented us from having to spend extra money on items we didn't need.

The required work was relatively small in overall scale but was significant in the numer of trade skills required and heavy work effort. Included, demolition, building, plastering, joinery, electrics and heating system re-routing and new pipework. There were some unexpected issues but they were dealt with pragmatically and in a timely manner. I would certainly recommend the team at NECR.
