Graham was very prompt with a reasonable estimate and the workmanship by Jamie and Tony was excellent . Jaime carried on with all the different jobs needed and he is a very conscientious and tidy worker ! I am very pleased with my new kitchen and I highly recommend them!

More work done for us which was adding a new doorway (with fan light above) and architrave, blocked up the original dog-leg passage and turned it into a pantry space (boarded and plastered). Also quickly got the electrician round to pop in a new light for us. Highly, highly recommend once again - really reliable and good work

Graham and his team (Tony, Jamie & Mark) have done a brilliant job on our kitchen floor. Very experienced, good communication and clean and tidy. We were kept up to date every day with progress and they were finished on time despite uncovering further problems when the floor was pulled up. Would recommend and will be booking for further jobs.

We used North East Building Renovations and Development Ltd to do a number of jobs in our house. Graham was incredibly responsive when we asked for a quote, coming round to view the work within 24 hours. The price was great and he also moved other work around to fit us in early, allowing us to keep our schedule for other work. Jamie did the work for us and was brilliant: thorough, tidy, professional and high quality. We would highly recommend and definitely use again
