  Very efficient. Rang to discuss job the morning after placing the request, and then sent a plumber round the next day who turned up at agreed time. Carried out the job within one hour and took payment on site via card reader. Very polite and tidy.

  Underfloor heating not coming on

  Arrived on time, located problem quickly, zone valve not opening. Shown how to resolve if reoccurs and explained alternative would be to drain down system and replace valve - costly and time-consuming. Out in less than an hour. Excellent service and honest - could have gone straight for the expensive job.

  Tap replacement and drain unblocking

  Really excellent service. I had great communication throughout, upfront and accurate pricing and then brilliant work on the day. My tap was fitted perfectly despite a tricky location and the work to unblock the pipework turned out to be super successful where I had only expected moderate improvement. A great company to deal with and I will certainly be using them in future.
