    Quick response to get booked in and very reasonable for intial visit compared to others. Gave us a quote to fit the new dishwasher and that was also good value

    Over priced!

    Had them come out to replace an oven element. The part cost a maximum of £20 and it took 7 minutes to complete the job. I was quoted £110 which I think is ridiculously overpriced and just greedy.

    We had a full discussion before any work was concluded. I offered to walk away, no charge. You offered £70, I declined and you agreed to £100. My workmanship, communication, punctuality was clear and precise at all times. This is not a fair review.
