  Northampton Cleaning Contractors make a clean sweep!

  I contacted Northampton Cleaning Contractors [NCC] having been let down by another carpet cleaning company, and I had my hallway and living room prepared for cleaning [Bookcases emptied etc]. NCC made a time slot available that day and the price was agreed. I requested another visit later because of a concern I had about the drying process. NCC's long experience put my mind at rest on this matter. All in all hiring NCC has been a very positive customer service experience. The work was delivered with care and consideration to a high level of quality and my concerns were addressed.

  I’m so thrilled with the service and results from Northampton Cleaning Contractors. I requested my carpets and sofa to be cleaned. They came to my address to check and provide a quote for the work. Which I appreciated as others didn’t do this and just gave a figure. The work was carried out to a really high standard. It’s really refreshed my carpet and my sofa. I hadn’t realised how much the sofa was impacting me until it was cleaned and to just see it back to looking new is such a huge relief! I’m so grateful. They managed to fit me in before Christmas which was great. Lovely company.

  Northampton Cleaning Contractors were quite responsive, and gives me fair price regarding the job, compare with others who clearly overcharged it. They were on time, and professional. And the job was pretty well done. It's a company that would strongly recommend.
