Great work. Very trustworthy.

Norman got back to me immediately having contacted him and from start to finish kept us in the loop about what was happening and when. We were very satisfied with his quote and impressed with the work carried out by his courteous and conscientious team. I would definitely use his company again. Highly recommend him.

Mark organised the work to be carried out as per agreed schedule. His team were competent (they also replaced some broken roof tiles) and personable and costs were as per quotation. Site left clean and tidy.

I had water leaking into the loft from around the soil pipe at roof level. Unsure of who to contact, as there are so many rogues out there, I asked my neighbour who they had used on a similar problem. they highly recommended Mark Norman. Mark asked for a photo, no problem, he then came and looked - and we agreed on what needed to be done. The scaffolders turned up, the following day the roofer turned up and did a brilliant job - very thorough and professional, it was obvious he knew what he was doing. At every stage of the repair, Mark oversaw and responded to messages very quickly. Brilliant
