On the 1st April I had Cormac come over to give our room a survey. On this day he gave a very thorough explanation of the types of removal and prevention they could use to help us out. Cormac was incredibly professional in the time he was at our home, and after the survey I felt I had a good idea of what was going to be done. On the 9th Lenon came over to undertake the work in the bathroom. He was just as clear and concise about what was to happen, and just as professional.
