  We needed a builder who know about cavity insulation for a roof. From day 1 Jason of Nolan build was the ultimate professional. On timearrived when he said he would called when he said he would and completed such a professional job we were happy to retain him & his company for additional work Work carried out could not have been done to a higher standard As someone retired from O&G industry I know quality

  Render side of house

  We have used Nolan Build Ltd many times. On this occasion Jason and his son K rendered the side of our house and fitted soffit boards. Once again they done a excellent job, professional as always.

  Cavity tray installation

  Jason quoted me a reasonable price for the cavity tray installation work . He was the builder for my garage conversion work which he did a fantastic job. It was no-brainier to decide the builder when a need for a cavity tray installation came up. He’s efficient, prompt and a lovely man to work with. I highly recommend him for any building related job.

  I have known Jason for over 15 years. In that time he's renovated 2 large office spaces for me, gutted and extended an 18th century cottage and, most recently, gutted and extended my home in central Winchester- which included large dormer window loft conversion and ground floor kitchen extension. Jason is hardworking, knowledgeable, personable and completely unflappable. He takes everything in his stride and has a knack of making problems disappear. He's 100% trustworthy, really cares and is thoroughly recommended.

  Knocking through walls and putting up steels

  Nolan Build came highly recommended to us by a friend who had similar work done. Jason turned up to quote when he said he would and everything from that point on went exactly as he described. No flannel and the job was done to the most professional standard
