I had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the response was prompt, and he correctly identified the issue quickly. However, the quality of the finishing work could be better, specifically he was unable to apply the silicone due to him running out. Plus, I found his communication style and professional etiquette could be better. While the issue was fixed, the overall service could be better.

Arrived the next day (from posting) as he said he would, arrived with a pump, although we needed a double so went straight out, purchased one and fitted it straight away. Excellent service.

Noka Plumbing serviced my Quooker tap and the tap flow has improved since then. I am happy with his work. However, I requested for a receipt followed by a reminder as part of guarantee but I still haven’t received one since last Friday 5 December 2025.
