Avoid at All Costs! They are completely unprofessional and, quite frankly, scammers. They sent a quote , way cheaper than all others, including washable paint as requested. It turned out to be simply normal paint. Promised a 5/6 -day job, very strangely they finish in 4 days and the quality was awful. Doors and wood left incomplete. Not only did they finish earlier every day,the crew seemed inexperienced and sloppy. Paint splatters were everywhere on my floors, furniture, and even on my windows! Unfortunately, our experience was nothing like the reviews. Perhaps he was in a rush, but his work was terrible quality- we spent a week touching up his mistakes. Drips of paint everywhere, very poor preparation of the walls and wooden, streaky paint, lots of paint bleeding through what was supposed to be a sharp line. We were honestly taken aback that a professional could do such a job. Tom is a really great decorator. He's reliable, on time (or usually early!) And works really hard. He is happy to go the extra mile to make everything look amazing. This is the second time I've worked with Tom and couldn't be happier. Tom is an expert cork tile layer, creating an amazing look and feel.
