Aiden was very professional, he kept in contact throughout the process and really understood what it was I wanted, the new stair banister and spindles look amazing. Both Aiden and his colleague were friendly and polite. Aiden was extremely knowledgeable and informative when quoting for the work and consequently I was very happy to accept the quote. He then went out of his way to accommodate my tight timescale. The work he did was excellent and he left my home as he found it, all hoovered to a high standard.
