Couldn’t be happier with the work carried out. The team were helpful, professional, polite and tidy. The team were always approachable and happy to discuss any points I wanted to speak about. As a women it was lovely to have traders that were willing to listen and not talk over me. Would I use them again without a doubt and in a heartbeat. Would I recommend most definitely. Arrived on time for both the quotation and the two days to do the work. Competitive price and the work was carried out satisfactorily. A few roof tiles were found to be broken and some loose; these were replaced and mortared at no additional cost. An additional visit was required to complete the work. Invoiced on completion after agreeing satisfaction completion. The workmen were very friendly, helpful and tidy.

I had read his review's from previous customers and decided to wait for him to become available and I’m glad that I did. John quickly identified the problem with my garage roof and refitted the slipped panels. He also took the time to explain how to secure the panels should they shift and slip in the future. As he fixed it quickly and without having to order parts, John wouldn’t even let me pay him for his trouble. ‘My good deed for the day’.
