First contact made promptly. Stuart was courteous and arrived at the time agreed. Checked roof and loft space and explained work he thought would solve the problem. Arrived today and work carried out quite quickly. No fuss and no mess. Showed me the completed work on his phone and advised me of possible guttering problems.

Stewart came out at time agreed and had a thorough look in loft and outside. Explained what my problem was and said he'd get a quote together that weekend. I waited a week but heard nothing more despite phone reminder. Disappointed. Perhaps job too small.
