  Nikolay’s workmanship is of an exceptionally high standard, and I am thoroughly impressed with the results. He renewed, stained, and sealed very old wooden floorboards, as well as closed the gaps between them, in a large open-plan living room and kitchen area. The quality of the finish is outstanding, and the attention to detail throughout was excellent. I would highly recommend NN Floor Sanding for any wooden floor restoration work. It’s a niche area of expertise, and Nikolay has clearly mastered it. I am extremely pleased with the outcome.

  Restoration of pine wood floor

  Nikolay and his colleague restored our living room, kitchen and hallway floor up from scratch. They did an amazing job and were very pleasant and professional all through out the job. The results are beautiful, We are so happy with the floors. I can only recommend, they are well worth their price.

  Nikolay is the consummate professional. Clearly communicates, has a great customer service ethos, is punctual, and did a great job on our living room, hallway, and stairs. There was minimal dust, and he left our rooms clean and tidy. Also, I found his pricing structure to be very competitive. I have no hesitation in recommending his services.

  Nikolay was wonderful. He is very personable, reliable and professional. He did a wonderful job of sanding and repairing the floors of two rooms in my house. An excellent job with doubt. I will certainly be recommending him to anyone who needs floors done and will use him again.
