  Professional, skilled floor restoration

  I would highly recommend Nikolay. He refurbished our original wooden floor that hadn’t been revealed for around 100 years to a beautiful standard, which our builders hadn’t thought possible. He also installed insulation underneath prior to starting and I was impressed how well this was done while preserving the old boards. The work he and his team did was quick, they were friendly and Nikolay was a great communicator, sending regular photo updates as the work progressed. I felt his pricing was very reasonable.

  My floors look amazing

  I couldn't be happier with Nikolay's work and how my floors turned out. We had some large sections of new pine from earlier repair work and N managed to blend these beautifully with the original Edwardian boards. I will be booking more of Nikolay's time when the time comes to sand our dining room area!

  Searched on Checkatrade for a sander. Nikolay replied quickly and provided clear cost and we had a phone call to confirm details. He was able to come sooner than the original booking which worked well for us. Once on site some additional work was agreed based on Nikolays advice and all was all carried out to an excellent standard.

  A “Go To” company

  I selected the company based on the excellent reviews posted on Checkatrade and I certainly was not disappointed. A couple of months in advance of a window of opportunity to entirely empty my apartment, I booked Nikolay and he kept in regular contact before the agreed start date. He and Stephen were polite, attentive and very professional. We now have a stunning refreshed floor. Highly recommend using Nikolay.

  Nikolay’s workmanship is of an exceptionally high standard, and I am thoroughly impressed with the results. He renewed, stained, and sealed very old wooden floorboards, as well as closed the gaps between them, in a large open-plan living room and kitchen area. The quality of the finish is outstanding, and the attention to detail throughout was excellent. I would highly recommend NN Floor Sanding for any wooden floor restoration work. It’s a niche area of expertise, and Nikolay has clearly mastered it. I am extremely pleased with the outcome.
